REDWOOD CITY,
CA – EoPlex Technologies said it has closed a
series C round of funding in the amount of $8 million. The round was led by ATA Ventures, with
participation from existing investors Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Labrador
Ventures and Draper-Richards.
The company makes miniature structures and components that
collect, generate and manage energy.
Arthur Chait, CEO said, “The funding allows EoPlex to expand
our design and manufacturing capabilities to deliver unique, 3-D components to
the multinational corporations who are our customers and to expand our customer
base.”
